Fikar Youth Foundation (FYF) is a youth-led, non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization committed to empowering the youth of Pakistan through reflection, knowledge, and leadership.
Founded on the belief that meaningful change begins with thoughtful minds and strong character, FYF works to nurture a generation of visionary, ethical, and socially responsible leaders. The Foundation focuses on education, leadership development, research, skill-building, social service, and constructive dialogue to enable young individuals to contribute positively to society and national progress.
Through institutional chapters, training programs, research initiatives, community service projects, and national and international collaborations, Fikar Youth Foundation provides platforms where youth can think critically, grow intellectually, and lead with integrity.
