Disciplinary Policy:

Fikar Youth Foundation is committed to maintaining a respectful, ethical, and professional environment. All members, volunteers, office bearers, and representatives are expected to follow the Foundation’s values, Constitution, and code of conduct.

Any behavior that harms the reputation, unity, or objectives of the Foundation including misconduct, misuse of authority or resources, harassment, indiscipline, or violation of policies may result in disciplinary action.

Disciplinary measures may include verbal or written warnings, suspension, removal from position, or termination of membership, depending on the severity of the violation.

All matters are reviewed fairly by the competent authority, and individuals are given an opportunity to present their explanation. The Foundation ensures confidentiality and transparency throughout the process.

Fikar Youth Foundation reserves the right to take appropriate action to safeguard its mission, integrity, and organizational discipline.
